What’s on the Menu?
Our classes focus on crafting fresh ravioli or linguine from scratch. Under Chef Ed’s expert guidance, you’ll learn traditional techniques and discover the secrets of creating perfect pasta dough, mouthwatering fillings, and flavorful sauces. Choose from one of the following delectable choices:
Spinach and Ricotta: Roasted and wilted spinach paired with crumbed ricotta and crunchy macadamia nuts.
Macadamia Nut and Herb Pesto: A delightful combination of pecorino cheese, garden herb pesto, and macadamia nuts.
Cacciatore Carbonara: A rich filling made with cured meats, sausages, roasted tomato, parsley, and thyme in a creamy carbonara sauce.
Duck Confit: Tender duck infused with rosemary, thyme, garlic, and citrus, dressed in macadamia nut oil or carbonara sauce.
